Dining Commons

Finding your favorite foods on campus is easy. We are proud to offer a dining program complete with signature brands and menu selections that include just about every item you can imagine. Just feast your eyes on what we have available! 

A favorite hang out and site of numerous events and special occasions it consists of a food court that can satisfy those hunger pains. All formats are vegan and vegetarian friendly. As part of our sustainability initiative, all reusable dishware is utilized at this location. We also offer a to-go program that consists of all bio-degradable carry out items. From containers made of bagasse (remains of crushed stalk from sugar cane), to spudware utensils (made from primarily potatoes), to cups and straws made of corn-plastics, the Dining Commons procures many everyday resources into sustainable living.

Summer Door Prices 2017

Summer Conference Rates in Resident Dining Facilities The daily rate for the 2017 summer conferences shall be: $24.25
2017 summer conference meals served in resident dining facilities the door prices shall be as follows:

•Lunch $9.00
•Dinner $10.50
Plus applicable taxes, if any.

Simple ServingsSimple Servings
Simple Servings is our new resident dining option providing safe and appetizing food choices "ready to go" for our customers with food allergies, gluten intolerance, or those who prefer plain and simple foods. The Simple Servings stations does not offer foods made with the FDA most-common allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, wheat, soy, milk products and eggs). All foods offered will be made without gluten-containing ingredients. Simple Servings staff members are carefully trained to avoid cross-contamination of their menu items. 

Soup Bar
From scratch soups made daily to include a vegan or vegetarian options. 

Deli
Cold cuts, cheeses, and an array of toppings and breads to include house made salads. 

Salad Bar
An 18' salad bar featuring local organic produce, vegetarian protein options, house dressings, and raw organic seeds for topping. 

Taqueria
Authentic Mexican specialties to include a rotation of hand-rolled burritos, soft tacos, nachos, enchiladas, tostadas, tamales, quesadillas and more!  

MeatlessMondayVegetarian
Delightful vegan and vegetarian cuisine. Also is our Meatless Monday option.
